Calculator inputs
Weight, purity, non-gold weight, and buyer-offer inputs are calculated in your browser. The current site does not transmit those entries to GoldOfferCheck.
Local storage
The site may store the most recently retrieved gold reference price and timestamp in your browser for approximately 15 minutes. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical request information and operational logs, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events, as needed to host, protect, debug, and operate the service.
Third-party reference price
Your browser may request the XAU/USD reference price directly from Gold API. That provider may receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, and request time under its own policies. Calculator inputs are not included in that request.
Cookies and analytics
GoldOfferCheck has not added advertising cookies or a separate analytics product. This does not include essential hosting, security, and operational processing performed by the hosting provider. If analytics, advertising, a contact form, or user accounts are added, this policy and any consent controls will be updated before those features are enabled.
Data sharing and sale
The current site does not sell personal information. Because it does not collect calculator inputs, it does not share those inputs with gold buyers.
